I noted that a senior UKGI Director, Andy Butterworth joined UKGI from Deloittes in 2016. Did Mr Butterworth at any time have a role in investigating Horizon on behalf of Deloittes in a review commissioned by Chairman of POL Tim Parker, at any time prior to his (Mr Butterworth's) joining UKGI? Since his joining UKGI, has Mr Butterworth had any involvement in handling matters in relation to the Post Office in his role ?
