complaints about Kier Highways, received on 24 February 2020.

TfWM is responsible for bus stops, shelters and passenger information
across the West Midlands transport network; we work hard alongside private
travel operators to ensure that the residents of the West Midlands benefit
from a high quality transport infrastructure. In light of this, I believe
your contact to have been sent to us incorrectly.

Irrespective of this, I have investigated your request and can confirm
that to date we haven't received any complaints in relation to Kier
Highways, however, I have forwarded your feedback over to the team at
Highways England (they are the likely recipient of such complaints) in
order for them to investigate and respond to you directly. You can also
