Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,

Your radio program Call You and Yours contacted me today 14.03.17

I was asked by Jay to discuss a matter I'd emailed about and to be somewhere quiet from 12.15 to 1.00 pm

I left the work I was engaged in.

If there was a chance I would not receive a call why was I asked to wait and prepare like that?

Yours faithfully,
Lisette Skeet
