Deliberate Misinformation

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Work and Pensions should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Regarding the current IB to ESA reassessment exercise -
I have been informed, that I have to submit a Mandatory Reconsideration in writing -
YET
When a decision is made on a "normal"
ESA claimafter a claim to ESA has been submitted, you can do this over the telephone -
Therefore, can you please send me the relevant DWP regulations/law that states a Mandatory Reconsideration request can ONLY be made in writing,as far as the ongoing IB to ESA reassessment exercise is concerned.
Thanks for your cooperation,

Yours faithfully,

STEVE PEARN
