Dear Brian

I refer to your request for information dated the  26^th November 2014.
Please find below Forest Heath District Council’s response.

Question - Please provide the Date Delegation of power for "Planning
enforcement" from Council members to council officers occurred.

Response

The Planning Committee on 4 February 2004 approved the delegation of
powers for enforcement to allow more delegation to officers and away from
members.  The documents from this meeting are attached (as they are not
available on our website).

The Council considered a report (Report No COU12594 &  appendix A) on 26
September 2012 to amend the constitution to reflect new job titles. The
reports and minutes are available on our website [1]here.

On 25 September 2013, the Framework for a Shared Planning Service (Report
No COU13/642) was considered by Forest Heath Council. The reports and
minutes are available on our website [2]here.

Question - please provide the transcript for that meeting

Response

We only keep copies of recordings of meetings for 12 months after the
approval of the minutes and therefore any recording has now been
destroyed.

If you are unhappy with this response you may request an internal review
of this matter via the Council’s corporate complaints procedure.

If, after an internal review, you are still unhappy with the decision, you
have a right of appeal to the Information Commissioner at the following
address:
