Please supply the list of organisations that are afforded delegated powers by the council.

Please also supply the financial records where those with delegated powers assume the collection of monies on behalf of the council?

Please supply the financial audits for the same organisations or businesses that operate using financial payments made by the council?

Please supply the audit trail of how these monies are used and who makes the decisions as to where the monies are spent?

Dear Liverpool City Council,
1. The names of the organisations/ businesses afforded delegated powers by Liverpool city council (operating either on behalf or under the direction and control of the council) ?
2. The financial records of the organisations/businesses that are afforded delegated powers by Liverpool city council ( operating either on behalf or under the direction and control of the council) ?
3. The financial records belonging to the council whereby monies from the council are forwarded to those under the direction and control of such delegated powers by the council ( ie:- what the money is used for )?
4. The names of the businesses or organisations along with decision makers names of where the funds actually end up being used ? (Ie:- the auditable spreadsheets of every pound used under delegated powers bestowed upon the organisations using funds belonging to the city)?
This should include all financial outlay or income for the delegated powers area at business carried out ?

The people of Liverpool deserve to see in clear terms exactly what money is being used and for what purpose it is being used by organisations under delegated powers operating under the direction and control of the leader of the council and his councillors along with the chief executive who bestow delegated powers to such businesses to act on behalf of the council which in turn is acting for the people of the city where monies are concerned, maybe if you start with question one first and draw up a list of organisations or businesses that operate with delegated powers then it should be easy to follow the money from there.

I hope this adds some clarity

Yours sincerely,

J M Bradley
