Delays in Tax Credit switching

HM Revenue and Customs did not have the information requested.

Dear Sir or Madam,

How many claims for tax credit reversal were there in the most recent three years?

Please confirm the gender breakdown of the claims (eg father to mother or mother to father).

Please confirm the average delays in transferring the tax credits and the percentage of refusals to transfer, both broken down by gender.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Tyes
