Delays in Processing Retrospective Injury on Duty Awards
Dear Northern Ireland Policing Board,
I am aware from official correspondence from NIPB that ‘the move from Waterside Tower to James House involved Board Officials diverting resources to pack, sort and unpack all hard copy files’.
Please provide the following information:
- How many staff are employed in Police Pensions and Injury Benefits Directorate?
- For how many working days were how many staff ‘diverted’ to pack, sort and unpack hard copy files?
- Over what time period i.e what dates were these staff ‘diverted’ from their normal PPIB duties?
Yours faithfully,
Dr Mark Wilkinson

Dear NIPB FOI,
Your response to the question :
Over what time period i.e. what dates were these staff ‘diverted’ from their normal PPIB
duties? Answer - see response aboxe
You have failed to give a direct answer and referring to the answer above in no way answers this question. Please quantify the time period staff were 'diverted' to unpack files.
I formally request you review this response
Yours sincerely,
Dr Mark Wilkinson
