Dear Ms Parry
Thank you for your recent request for information received under the
Freedom of Information Act.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we cannot assist you with the information
you seek due to the enormity of the task and the level of time, costs and
resources needed to provide it. To assist you with this decision I can
confirm that each weekday we operate some 3500 journeys. If each journey
on average served 30 bus stops then we would have to examine over 100,000
records to determine the length of delay for each bus stop for each
journey.
If you are dissatisfied with this response for any reason you do have a
right to request an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to
your original letter and should be addressed to:
Mr D James
Associate Finance Director
Cardiff Bus
Sloper Road
Leckwith
Cardiff CF11 8TB
An internal panel will then review the request, and you will be advised
of the outcome. If, having requested an internal review by
Cardiff City Transport Services Limited, you are still not satisfied with
our response you also have a right of appeal to the Information
Commissioner at:
Information Commissioner's Office
