Please could you provide the following data for Dementia Patients (please include all forms of dementia and irrespective of whether it is one of multiple diagnoses or the sole diagnosis) registered as living in Redbridge for the following years: 2013-14, 2012-13 and 2011-12

1. The number of Delayed Days by reason
2. The total number of patients by reason

Discharge Team I can advise of the following response.

Unfortunately we do not collect the type of data requested, as we do not
differentiate dementia patients on our Master DToc Spreadsheet from
patients with other conditions. As such only more generic statistics could
be provided.
