1. Could the authority state how they use agencies and/or software to expedite the
discharge of DTOC patients?
2. How much did they spend with agencies to arrange placements with care homes or home
care for DTOC patients in each of the last three financial years?
3. Do they use Capacity Tracker or any other software of services to identify care homes or
home care packages? Please state which software or services are used.
This information is not held.
The Trust does not arrange or pay for placements or packages of care at home. This would fall to the
patient’s Local Authority (for social care needs) or Clinical Commissioning Group (for healthcare
needs). We therefore suggest you contact them directly for this information.
Most of our patients come from the following areas: Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest.
