Dear Ben Rackey,

I am writing with regards to your request for information, received 25th
October 2023.

We have started to consider your request, however we require further
information before we are able to proceed. In our response reference
IR2023/00365, we did disclose emails which included those
sent/received/cc'd by the Executive Director to Corporate Resources as
well as the Chief Executive, Head of Financial Services and Councillor
Susan Brown as requested, and advised that as lead officer for the council
on this matter most of the emails were sent/received/cc'd by the Head of
Financial Services.

Therefore, please could you clarify what additional information you are
requiring to your previous requests reference FOI 2023/00195 and
IR2023/00365 requesting email correspondence on this matter?

As you will appreciate the statutory timescale for our response to your
request will not commence until we are supplied with the further
information which we require. In the event that we do not hear from you we
will assume that you do not wish to proceed with your request.
