Dear City of York Council,

On the 5th December City Of York Council issued a press release entitled "NHS England list York as one of the worst communities for speedy hospital discharges."

Please can you provide me all correspondence between officers and members in relation to the production and dissemination of this press release. This should include all correspondence on the production of the press release and any earlier drafts up to the production of a finalised version. Any advice provided by officers in regards the production of the press release. Also all correspondence about how and when the release should be issued.
