Dear Post Office Limited,

I am a customer living in the post code locality: S60 3RA. I have noticed that my post only gets delivered on Wednesday (once a week). Nothing gets delivered otherwise except really urgent parcels.

Are there any any known problems in my post code (S60 3RA) regarding failure to deliver every day?

Wrong company. The Post Office is not responsible for mail deliveries. You should contact Royal Mail (private company not covered by FOI). The Post Office was demerged from the Royal Mail Group twelve years ago.
