While they do not have a budget or specific spend, it can be argued that equality, diversity and inclusion is central to all Adult Social Care activities. The whole point of supporting a person to achieve their personal goals is to provide equality of opportunity so the person can be included in their home, community or workplace. The same can be said of Children's Services
