This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Warwickshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Warwickshire County Council,

I will be obliged to know with the source of evidence as regards the position of the local emergency plan with regard to the degrading of the emergency facilities
at St.Cross Hospital, Rugby.

As a result of the recent public consultation, was regard taken as to any possible changes in the local emergency plan and was this topic put to the committee that made the decision resulting in the degrading of the facility therefore not being doctor lead.

Was the decision made purely on the recommendation and brief put forward by Warwickshire NHS which did not mention, even after the consultation, anything about the local emergency plan.

i look forward to all information and sourse relating to this and any matter allied that will fulfill the spirit of this request.

Yours Faithfully,

descinok k (Mrs.)
