request any copies of any communications from / to Mr J Perks or any staff
members higher in the structure as part of this request.

 

Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate officers for a

I refer to your two requests dated 9^th May and 10^th May which have been
dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act.

 

Your requests related to all documents and annotated discussion relating
to the Maintenance of Sheepwash Lane, West Wittering for the period
between 1^st January 1990 and 1^st January 2019.

 

We have now completed a search for the information which you requested and
confirm that this Authority holds some data relevant to your request.

 

I am now able to respond to you with the following:

 

Please find attached a number of documents which have been attached into
three separate zip folders for ease of use.

 

The first folder contains documents relating to just specifically the
maintenance of Sheepwash Lane. The second folder contains largely photos
of a 2018 inspection of Sheepwash Lane. Finally, the third folder is more
general and doesn’t just contain documents relating to Sheepwash Lane, it
largely contains documents relating to the maintenance of Green Lanes in
general.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. You are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purposes of news reporting. Any other reuse, for example commercial
publication, would require the permission of the copyright holder. Most
