Dear Information Requests,

You have belatedly conducted what you call a review. I can only assume that you have not read my letter. I do not want the decision relating to the original lease, I want the decision made to grant the 150 year lease.

You have not materially carried out a review because you have not considered the fact of the matter properly.

I look forward to your response. In the meantime my case and complaint raised with the information commissioner remains open. I will ask the commissioner to consider the failure of the Council to respond properly to be taken into account when making his ruling.

Yours sincerely,

T williams
