Dear Swansea Council,

Please can you provide all meeting minutes, documents and reports relating to the decision making process for the restrictive covenants that were added to properties sold under the Right To Buy Scheme during 2002, and specifically in relation to the restrictive covenants added to 31 Plas Road, Grovesend, Swansea, SA44WG.

In accordance with your constitution, a record of all decisions are to be formally recorded and thus this information should be readily available.

If the value of the request is above the acceptable limit, please detail the full cost anticipated for this request.
