Decision making around the proposed closure of Haworth Main St Post Office
Dear Post Office Limited,
Please could I see all information that you hold regarding the decision making process around the proposed closure of Haworth Main St Post Office, branch no 3013065. In particular I would like to see the Field Officer's report and the Post Office Ltd management's discussion about this. I would like to see discussion about the opening of the Post Office counter at Haworth Co-op, and also discussion about the temporary contract currently operating at Haworth Main Street Post Office

Post Office has identified a number of documents which contain reference
to third parties and our view is that part of your request falls within
scope of certain qualified exemptions, including section 43(2) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
In accordance with the Section 45 Code of Practice (

issued by the Cabinet Office, Post Office requires further time to
consider the public interest test in relation to this exemption.
Post Office is also undertaking consultations with the third parties in
accordance with the Code. Post Office has taken into account the volume,
complexity and sensitivity of the information requested, as well as the
need to consult these third parties, and has concluded that a further 20
working day extension would be appropriate and will aim to respond to you
by 29th November
