I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Decision Information Codes: Reason Codes and Disability Codes PIP, IS, ESA and SDP'.

your reply stated

"There are two pdf files attached for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) containing:
1 PIP Disability Codes
2 PIP Descriptor Codes
A pdf file is attached for the ISCS dialogues.
A further pdf file is attached for ESA."

Only 3 were supplied?

Also Id asked for the definition tables,
they are both missing for both PIP and ESA?
