Thank you for taking the time to reply. You might appreciate that there is considerable ill-feeling that this company was allowed to collapse in the manner in which it did, without the intervention of the authorities.
As the company is in liquidation with no chance of survival, it does not remain a viable business and I understand that it therefore loses protection under the EA 2002. On that basis, please reconsider this request (or consider this a request for internal review if you are not prepared to personally reconsider it).
If you cannot provide the information legally at this time due to the status of the company, then please re-evaluate this request following the impending formal termination of the company.
You suggest that Trading Standards may have a view. I am only too happy for them to add comment.
