Decent Homes Standard
Dear Sir or Madam,
How much of your housing currently meets the government's decent homes standard?
How much of your housing do you currently believe will meet the government's decent homes standard by 2010?
What is the latest date that you estimate all Derby Homes housing will meet this standard?
Yours faithfully,
Jack Perschke
Dear Sir or Madam,
I recently submitted a Freedom of Information request regarding the number of Derby Homes dwellings that will meet the government's Decent Homes standard by 2010.
By law this response should have been as prompt as possible but no submitted no later than 25 Feb 2009. It is now overdue.
Failure to supply me with a reply within a week will prompt me to request and internal review and complain to the Information Commissioner.
Yours sincerely,
Jack Perschke
