Dear Rahel,

I had asked in relation to the "Dec 2015 Midlands Region partnership agreement" for copies of 'any reports etc looking at the progress being made / lessons learnt"

You have kindly sent me links to documents which report on litter in general. None of them however makes any reference to the Midlands agreement.

I assume therefore that you do not hold any reports etc looking at the progress made / lessons learnt from it.

Can you please confirm that this is the case?

Yours sincerely,

Peter Silverman

Dear Highways England Company Limited,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Highways England Company Limited's handling of my FOI request 'Dec 2015 Midlands Region partnership agreement'.

In my request I had written:
Please refer to https://www.cleanhighways.co.uk/wp-conte... ATPRs.pdf
Can you please let me have:
1. A copy of the agreement
2. The names of the councils involved?
3. Any reports etc looking at the progress being made / lessons learnt

You have not provided me with:
3. Any reports etc looking at the progress being made / lessons learnt

You have not cited any exception to justify this non disclosure including EIR 12 (4) (a) that you did not hold the information when my request was received.

You have failed therefore to comply with your duty under the regulations.

Please review your handling on this request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Peter Silverman

Dear Sian,

Thank you for confirming that you do not hold copies of reports etc looking at the progress made /lessons learnt from the Midlands Regional Partnership Agreement.

In the last page of your communication of 8th January you referred to a document entitled "Tackling Litter Together" which I had been sent following another FOI/EIR enquiry. I am anxious to look at it but cannot find it anywhere. Can you please send me a link to it or direct me to the specific enquiry that I had made.

Thanks

Yours sincerely,

Peter Silverman

Dear Sian,

I have now found the document "Tackling litter together"

You do not need to respond to my last communication
