Dear South Norfolk District Council,
I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please send me:
1) Who is the the person responsible for council tax, business rates and parking collections and more specifically the enforcement of debts relating to these
2) Can you provide email and telephone contact details for the above person?
3) Do you have formal contracts with service level agreements for the enforcement of these debts?
4) If so, what are expiry dates for the contracts above?
I would like the above information to be provided to me as electronic copies
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this correspondence.

I refer to your Freedom of Information request to which I am now in a
position to respond on behalf of South Norfolk Council. My response is
outlined below along with your questions for ease of reference.
1) Who is the person responsible for council tax, business rates and
parking collections and more specifically the enforcement of debts
relating to these?
Council Tax, Business Rates and Debt enforcement: Simon Quilter

Parking Collections: off street collections are outsourced to a private
contractor, Loomis
2) Can you provide email and telephone contact details for the above
person? As above.
3) Do you have formal contracts with service level agreements for the
enforcement of these debts? Yes
4) If so, what are expiry dates for the contracts above? Enforcement
contract expires 16/2/21. This will be extended under a Service Level
Agreement.
