Dear North East Derbyshire District Council,
I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Please send me:
1) Who is the the person responsible for council tax, business rates and parking collections and more specifically the enforcement of debts relating to these
2) Can you provide email and telephone contact details for the above person?
3) Do you have formal contracts with service level agreements for the enforcement of these debts?
4) If so, what are expiry dates for the contracts above?
I would like the above information to be provided to me as electronic copies
If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.
I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this correspondence.

Thank you for your request for information. Please note that North East
Derbyshire District Council is closed for the Christmas period from 5pm
Wednesday 23 December 2020 and will re-open on 4 January 2021.
If you have submitted a Freedom of Information, Environmental Information
