3) Do you have formal contracts with service level agreements for the enforcement of these debts?
4) If so, what are expiry dates for the contracts above?

With regard to parking collections - we do not hold this information.
Bolsover District Council do not charge for parking in their district. You
may wish to contact Derbyshire County Council in this matter as they are
