Thank you for your email requesting data pertaining to deaths within 28
days due to COVID-19 vaccine.

I am writing to confirm that the Office for National Statistics has now
completed its search for the information which you requested and the
response can be found here:

You Asked:

​​As a matter of safety for the general public, and to allow individuals
to make an informed decision regarding the uptake of a vaccination to help
in the protection against coronavirus, could you please provide data
showing how many deaths have occurred within 28 days of a person receiving
the first dose of the vaccine. Also please supply information regarding
deaths within 28 days of receiving the second dose. Any documents or
publications to support this request also would be gratefully received.
