Dear Public Health England,

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

Please advise what data is held to date on deaths in the general population within 28 days of Covid-vaccine administration - partially or fully due to Covid-19?

What is being done to track and investigate deaths within 28 days of any of the covid “vaccines”?

How many elderly nursing, care & residential home resident have died to date within 28 days of having a covid-19 vaccination?

Have any/all of these deaths been fully investigated to establish cause?

Please advised if the covid injections meet these criteria;

- can claim (backed by evidence) to stop transmission.
- can claim (backed by evidence) to stop the injected person contracting the virus.

Please confirm what criteria an injectable substance needs to meet to meet the definition of a vaccine in the UK?

Regards,
Helen Wood
