The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Deaths of claimants receiving JSA and ESA'.

It is now over three months since I made the request and I have had no communication apart from an acknowledgement of receipt. I have not received any reply to the effect that the request is too difficult to answer and I can't see any viable excuse to avoid answering.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Steven Sumpter
