Deaths of children Harvey Evans and Kyrees Sullivan - police involvement?

Dear South Wales Police,

According to the Guardian:

'The south Wales police and crime commissioner, Alun Michael, had claimed the riots were sparked by false “rumours” of police involvement in the boys’ deaths.

Later, CCTV footage emerged appearing to show a police van chasing two boys on an e-bike just before 6pm on Monday.'

1. Please provide details of the information you passed to the South Wales police and crime commissioner, Alun Michael, regarding the lack of involvement of the police in the deaths of Harvey Evans and Kyrees Sullivan.

2. Please provide the number of police vans fitted with tracking devices and the number without.
