I refer to your request for information about deaths mentioning DWP for the Coroner.

"The coroner is not a “public authority” within the meaning of the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 (see s3(1) and Sch 1), where coroners, like other judges, are not listed. As such the Coroner is not required to supply you with the information requested, however, please be advised that the information you have requested is not collected by the Coroner."
