Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

I would like to request information on the damages, adverse reactions and deaths which may be linked to the covid-19 vaccine.

Of the 4 million in the UK currently vaccinated, grouped by age, how many have died potentially or very likely as a result, or "pending investigation" post-vaccination; how many have had allergic reactions, how many have had nerve damage, and how many are currently hospitalised?

To clarify, please could I have the age groups and the amounts of any adverse reactions and deaths post (and likely linked to) covid-19 vaccination please?

Yours faithfully,

Katie Greenwood
