Deaths from Covid-19 vaccines

Karl Cox made this Freedom of Information request to Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency

Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

The request was partially successful.

Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

Please state how many people have died in the UK directly from the Covid-19 vaccines. Please document the deaths according to the different vaccine types as reported to you via the Yellow Card system, also directly reported from nursing homes, hospitals and doctors surgeries: Moderna's mRNA vaccine, Pfizer's mRNA vaccine and the Astra-Zeneca-Oxford vaccine. Please also do this by age range as per the UK roll out.

Given there are reports of deaths from vaccines globally, it is in the national interest to understand the risk to the UK population.

Yours faithfully,

Karl Cox
