Please provide under the Freedom of Scotland information act the number of deaths from SARS-Cov-2 where:

1) Death was recorded on the death certificate from SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19) confirmed with a positive test.

2) Death was recorded on the death certificate from suspected SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19), but not confirmed by positive test.

3) Death was recorded on the death certificate from suspected SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19) as the sole cause of death.

I am writing to request an internal review of Greater Glasgow NHS Board's handling of my FOI request 'Deaths from Coronavirus'.

The information requested was in relation to the figures for the hospitals falling under the NHS GGC board trust.

Therefore specifically in relation to the hospitals that you govern, please provide under the Freedom of Scotland information act the number of deaths from SARS-Cov-2 where:

Thank you for eventually acknowledging my review request. It is clear from my request that this information was not provided in your response or indeed in the NRS link that you provided. I would like a breakdown of the 3 different types of Covid recorded death as given below in relation to Covid recorded deaths within NHS GG&C hospitals.

12. Requests for review have to be processed swiftly and within a maximum timescale of 20 working days. During this timeframe we will review our previous decision and provide any additional information if the review outcome requires this.

(a) On receipt of a request for Review

Send acknowledgement within two 2 working days of receipt.
(b) Identify person who was handling request.
Download relevant information about request and response (including search log) from Datix.

(c) Notify person who was handling request that a review request has been received and provide a copy of statement in support from applicant and seek comments on rationale for decision.
Receive comments from request handler.

(d) Selection of Review Person.
Head of Administration to contact Non-Executive Director and invite him/her to undertake review with support from nominated FOI Specialist who was not involved in the original decision.

(e) Supply all available information to Reviewer and FOI Specialist.
(g) Write up of decision and sign off by Non-Executive Member.
Head of Administration to check all 5 information is to hand, then issue.
Provide final report to Head of 15 Administration.
(f) Undertake Review
Non-Executive Member in consultation with FOI Specialist who was not involved in the original decision, calling for further information if required.

Head of Administration to notify applicant of outcome of review and right of further appeal.

Afternoon
I would like to request the data of number deaths each year from 2015-2021
present in Fife Scotland basically showing the amount of deaths from
burials to cremations. If burials and cremations can not be given
separately for each year then a yearly total would suffice. Thank
