1. Please provide the total number of deaths which occurred in Scotland within 28 days of receiving a Covid-19 vaccine between 1 December 2020 and 10 May 2021;

2. Please provide the total number of deaths which occurred in Scotland between 1 January 2020 and 10 May 2021 where the only underlying health condition of the deceased was Covid-19;

3. Please provide the total number of deaths which occurred in Scotland between 1 December 2020 and 10 May 2021;

4. Please provide the total number of the deaths which occurred in Scotland between 1 January 2020 and 10 May 2021;

5. Please provide the total number of deaths which occurred in Scotland between 1 December 2018 and 10 May 2019;

6. Please indicate the number of doses of morphine administered in Scotland between 1 January and 31 December 2019;

7. Please indicate the number of doses of morphine administered in Scotland between 1 January and 31 December 2020;

8. Please indicate the number of doses of morphine administered in Scotland between 1 January 2021 and 10 May 2021;

9. Please indicate the number of doses of midazolam administered in Scotland between 1 January and 31 December 2019;
