Death of Wendy Brennan - 3rd request

Allan Richards made this Freedom of Information request to British Waterways Board

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was successful.

Dear British Waterways Board,

I refer to two previous requests concerning the Coroners rule 43 report following the inquest into the death of Wendy Brennan.

Your reply to the first request indicates that you were unable to provide me with a copy of your response to the coroner because you did not respond. However, your second reply confirms that you did respond.

As my first FOIA request is closed may I ask that you provide information regarding correspondence with Coroner via this request.

Specifically -

Please provide copies of all correspondence between British Waterways and the Coroner relating to the inquest into the death of Wendy Brennan and subsequent rule 43 report.

Please also provide a transcript of the inquest (I acknowledge that you have already indicated your willingness to do this).

Yours faithfully,

Allan Richards

Information Request,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I am out of the office with no access to my e-mails today but I will
respond to you after I return on Monday 23rd January.

Kind regards,
Sarina Young
