1. Please will you provide information regarding the rights of family members of recently deceased persons, to view and inspect medical certificates that are issued following a death, where the deceased person is to be cremated, or buried.
2. Is any requirement placed upon funeral directors, or any medical professional responsible for issuing death certification, to inform or advise the bereaved family of their rights to inspect medical certificates.
