Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding the Deanfield report commissioned by the former Secretary of State, Rt Hon Steve Barclay, to provide recommendations for a personalised cardiovascular disease prevention service.

In May 2024, the Department published a "summary" of Professor Deanfield's report/vision, but not the full report has not yet been published. This is available at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...

With that in mind, I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. Please provide a copy of the full report received by the Secretary of State by the Champion for Personalised Prevention.
2. Please provide a copy of the full recommendations by the Champion for Personalised Prevention (beyond the two outlined in the summary report online).
3. Please confirm or deny whether Professor Deanfield continues within his role as the government's Champion for Personalised Prevention.
