Dear Ealing Borough Council,

Could you please supply me with a copy of all correspondence between your authority and the following bodies with regard to a) the effect on road congestion and b) any active measures taken in the borough to tackle congestion due to the closure/partial closure of Hammersmith Flyover between 23/12/2011 and summer 2012?

* Transport for London
* The Greater London Authority (including the Mayor's Office)

I would expect this to include correspondence from Council Officers as well as councillors.
