DDJ Eyley Bankruptcy Orders Maidstone County Court EU Article 3(1) (2) (3) (4) or non-EU Proceedings

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Insolvency Service should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Insolvency Service,

For the Two bankruptcy orders made by DDJ Eyley on 11/05/2016 at Maidstone County Court, (a) 2.38pm (b) 4.35pm and the latter where the Insolvency Service have yet to disclose why they changed the petition filing dates from 21 September 2015 to 23 September or was it because two separate petitions were filed on two different dates, for main, secondary, territorial proceedings under the EU Regulations.

Disclosure under the FOIA if either of these Two bankruptcy orders sent to the Chatham Office were marked up under EU Insolvency Regulation as either Article 3(1) Main Proceedings or 3(2),3(3) or 3( 4) or marked as non-EU Proceedings because there is no cross-border element.

The Insolvency Service holds a copy of both these bankruptcy orders so will hold this information.

Yours faithfully,

Mr. J Stuart
