Planning Inspectorate

Dear David Lewis,

Your ticket 51677 has been updated.

Dear David

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request, dated 19th March 2024.

Please accept my apologies for bothering you. I would like to check
exactly which emails between the Planning Inspectorate and the Environment
Agency you are requesting, from January 2024.

Please could you confirm if you are seeking a list of ‘subject lines’
which relate to correspondence with the Environment Agency for a specific
appeal/application/order, or for all correspondence exchanged during that
period regardless of the case it relates to?

If it relates to a particular appeal which is currently in progress or
recently decided, please could you provide any details which would help us
identify the case – appeal reference, application reference, site address
or postcode.
If your request relates to all emails exchanged in January 2024, please
note that this will take longer to arrange than a request for a specific
case as the Planning Inspectorate holds appeal information in many
different areas and collaboration will be required with several different
teams/business areas.

The 20-working day deadline for our response is 17th April 2024 regardless
of the request and we will endeavour to respond to you at the earliest
opportunity.

Yours sincerely

Daniel Cardy
