DCMS Advice to CCC regarding release of postcode coverage information and the broadband rollout

The request was successful.

Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,

At the Public Accounts Committe meeting on Monday the 27th January 2014, chaired by Margaret Hodge, when discussing Broadband and 7 digit postcode coverage maps, Jon Zeff of the DCMS said that they would write to local authorities to make it absolutely clear that there should not be any barrier to their publishing (this coverage)
information. There was also a reference to having written to the Local Authorities on this matter earlier.

Can I have site of the two letters sent by the DCMS / BDUK to Cumbria County Council regarding the release of postcode level information related to proposed broadband coverage.

Yours faithfully,
Martin Campbell

Dear WAKELIN NIGEL,

Thanks for the reply, which largely speaking satisfies my request. I am unable to read the documents referred to in the first two links of the PDF, as they ask me to "log in to Huddle". Can you append these two references for completeness.

I appreciate your help in this matter.

Yours sincerely,
Martin Campbell
