This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act for the MHCLG to disclose any record held by the Ministry (and its predecessor DCLG), or the Planning Inspectorate PINS, of the first date on which the Report of Mr Philip Major into the Dunsfold Application dated 17 October 2017, or its recommendation, was communicated (in writing or orally) to the Inspector of the Waverley Local Plan.
