Graeme Breen made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities
This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.
Dear Department for Communities and Local Government,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. My queries are listed below in descending priority order in the event that the cost limit is reached. In order to assist you with this request, I am outlining each query as specifically as possible.
I would like to request the following information:
1) Details of correspondence between the Quilliam Foundation and the DCLG in the year 2009. The details should include copies of the correspondence or the information contained therein. Please also indicate whether minutes or official accounts of the meetings were made, and if so, please release these. This request refers to the period between January 2009 and the present. However, if this is likely to be refused in part for cost reasons I have listed a priority list of time periods. I request that you work down this list until you reach the limit:
2) Details of the Quilliam Foundation’s involvement in the Preventing Violent Extremism programme, including: details of correspondence between QF members and civil servants, together with funding totals and the purpose of the funding; a list of visits associated with the programme including details of dates, locations, persons involved from the DCLG and from external organisations.
3) Details of any funding that has been offered to the Quilliam Foundation from the Preventing Violent Extremism Pathfinder Fund.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
Please supply the information in digital format if possible.
Please provide an acknowledgement email upon receipt of this request.
