Dear Cleveland Police,

Cover up Merchant Helen McMillan and her other CORRUPT cronies (Including Bent, Corrupt Winton Keenen) have been covering up the most serious Corrupt, wrongdoing and BOTCHED 'investigation' in Martin McGartland attempted murder. Helen McMillan has also ignored (failed to act) on around 70 out of force review recommendations/. And she, her CORRUPT bosses at Northumbria police have been BLOCKING an external independent investigation into the 21 year unsolved Corrupt and Botched 'investigation' in which evidence has been destroyed, suspects in an attempted murder have been protected (including by Helen McMillan) just so that so, her CORRUPT bosses (BENT COPS) can cover up the most serious corrupt, failings and wrongdoing -including the Criminal conspiracy - by Northumbria police and the (her) force.

Helen McMillan (and Northumbria Police) has also completely FAILED and ignored the victim of an Unsolved attempted murder (Unsolved due to above corruption) and IRA terrorists, suspect/s have been - continue to be - protected by CORRUPT Northumbria Police.....

Helen McMillan has also been covering up (due to above, Police corruption) the external force redacted and also redacted reports, has been doing so for up to 2 years.

Under the FOIA I would likew to know;

1. How long has former ACC of Northumbria Helen McMillan been employed at Cleveland Police?

Yours faithfully,

Martin McGartland
