Dear Disclosure and Barring Service,

Please provide any policy or information stored in relation to the information stated on Basic DBS Certificates in respect of the result/outcome following a request?
For example, what entry is printed on a certificate?

Is the “None Recorded” the only option where no unspent convictions are found?

I note that “None Recorded” is listed on Basic Certificates where no information I found. Is “None Recorded” also stated for a person with convictions but these are spent?
