DBS Basic Check Ooutcome
Dear Disclosure and Barring Service,
Please provide any policy or information stored in relation to the information stated on Basic DBS Certificates in respect of the result/outcome following a request?
For example, what entry is printed on a certificate?
Is the “None Recorded” the only option where no unspent convictions are found?
I note that “None Recorded” is listed on Basic Certificates where no information I found. Is “None Recorded” also stated for a person with convictions but these are spent?
Yours faithfully,
James Taylor
