Davos Matt Hancock Bill Gates meeting

On January 24th 2019, Matt Hancock met Bill Gates at The World Economic Forum to discuss infection control at the global level.
Please provide a transcript or detailed minutes of the meeting. In particular, please state whether "lockdown" or "supression" or "quarantine of healthy populations" or any other form of words meaning the same thing was discussed and why. What agreements or consensus was reached.
