Dear The Law Society,

I would like to request David Tisdall,s papers, he represented me for some years,
in regards to a Flat sale in Hastings, and through divorce proceedings. the papers I am missing concern the period between November 1994 - December 1995.
I was represented by 3 Solicitors regarding false allegations made about me, and as a result of this did not see my Son for twenty years. the three solicitors were in chronological order, David Tisdall, Jane Wells, and David Quelch. I have since discovered that the papers from the first Solicitor were passed to each Solicitor accordingly, as they represented me in this matter.
I had asked the third Solicitor, David Quelch to provide me with the first Solicitors papers at the end of a High Court hearing, he agreed to this. When the time came, the only papers he gave to me only dealt with the earlier issues, not the period of false allegations. David Tisdall had told the O.S.S. in 1996 , that he couldn't find the papers, he never made me aware that the papers had been passed on in turn to each Solicitor. And so when David Quelch never produced them, I thought that it was because David Tisdall couldn't find them.
The last Solicitor to have the papers was David Quelch , A later Solicitor, David Burrows was tasked to locate the papers, but he wrote to the first Solicitor for the papers, he has never written to myself or any of the Members of Parliament who have represented me, to explain his actions ( in a manner that was feasible or believable) nor have the firm, Wannop and Fox Solicitors, Chichester. Yours faithfully, Kevin Humphreys
