Can I ask NIAS how many inter- trust Datix Entries and Inter Trust Incidents were made by NIAS staff relating to patients from Western Health and Social Care Trust.
What percentage of these were downgraded by WHSCT.
What percentage were removed entirely.
Can i have this data monthly Decmber 2022- May 2024.
